Forms:
A complete Plan Review submittal is as
follows:
- A completed AB Online Confirmation Page or AB Project
Registration Form (PRF)
- Prior to performing a plan review, we are required to
have a completed Owner Agent Designation Form from the owner
of the building/facility if the owner has chosen to
designate an agent.
- Obtain documents to be used for the construction of the
building/facility prior to performing a plan review.
- Obtain the Proof of Submission Form the design
professional.
- PLEASE NOTE: The TDLR
registration fee of $175.00, must be sent directly to TDLR
with the related project information and paid via the TDLR
web page or by check.
These items must be in receipt to our
office within 20 days of the issue date for construction.
NOTE: ALL FORMS WITH SIGNATURES
MUST BE SUBMITTED IN PDF FORMAT OR BY DIRECT MAIL.
SCR will then proceed with registering the project and
completing the Plan Review process. Please call

68.50. Submission of Construction Documents.

(a) An architect, interior
designer, landscape architect, or engineer with overall
responsibility for the design of a building or facility
subject to §469.101 of the Act, shall mail, ship, or
hand-deliver the construction documents to the department, a
registered accessibility specialist, or a contract provider
not later than five (5) business days after the design
professional issues the construction documents
Commercial projects that have a construction costs over
$50,000.00.
